Snackies x Subdivision is a thoughtfully designed drop and go craft services experience for small to mid-level productions that want to snack with panache but don’t need a staffed crafty setup.
You want us on set for four simple reasons:
Ease - Crafty arrives in spiffy crates preorganized with goods. Setup takes approx. 15 minutes and is handled by a member of the Subdivision team. Wave goodbye to hauling your own coolers to set and crossing your fingers a PA knows how to shop for crafty. Snackies means less on your plate first and foremost.
Selection - Variety is hard to come by on small-mid level jobs but not with Snackies. Instead of shopping for each job individually we buy non-perishable goods in bulk. This means less labor and prep on our end (savings for you!) and gives Snackies the ability to provide a greater variety of goods at the lowest per unit cost.
Sustainability - Snackies strives to reduce waste and encourage recycling. Snackies will not provide plastic water bottles unless requested. Instead, we provide a 6 gallon Yeti water dispenser filled with ice cold water,clean ice in an insulated cooler with a scoop, and recyclable cups, straws, and lids. Snackies also provides two well labeled waste bins and clear contractor bags so recycling can be differentiated from trash at wrap.
Aesthetics - Our simple setup is good lookin’ and will elevate the overall look and feel of every job.

FAQ:
Who maintains Snackies? Snackies is designed with self sufficiency in mind however for jobs with 25+ humans may require some basic maintenance may be required throughout the day. Maintenance is the responsibility of a member of the production team. Replenishments will be available - maintenance is no thing!
What can I expect for $8/pp? At $8/pp you will find a better than average variety of basic snacks and beverages. As the per head cost rises there will be a greater variety and more higher unit cost goods (think almond butter, olives packets, higher quality bars, organic items, cold brew, yerba mate etc.)
What about gluten free and vegan options? All Snackies kits will come with a minimum of 4 different vegan/gluten free options. If dietary restrictions abound on a specific job let us know and we will pack accordingly.
What about Ice? If you would like your Snackies setup to arrive iced down (beverage cooler, clean ice cooler, and water cooler, approx 10-12 bags) an extra fee will apply. If, over the course of a day more ice is required (it will be in the hot months, i.e. 80% of the year), an ice run is the responsibility of a member of the production team.
What does the Snackies kit include? Two 6’bi-fold folding tables, 5-gallon Yeti insulated water dispenser, 5 crafty crates, insulated cooler for beverages, Yeti tabletop clean ice cooler + scoop, table clothes, recyclable cups, straws, and lids.

There are two levels of Snackies, our estimate will default to $10 per day as we feel like that is the Snackies sweet spot.
STANDARD SNACKIES...she’s basic and proud of it. $7-9 per person:
- Solid no frills array of Snackies
- Perishable goods: oranges, apples, and bananas
- Limited selection of beverages: Sparkling water, gatorade, coca cola, diet coke
- No caffeinated beverages or energy drinks.
SNACKIES PLUS...she's above average and super yum $10-12 per person:
- Greater selection
- More quality and premium goods
- Perishable goods: oranges, apples, bananas, string cheese and/or babybel cheese, higher end chocolates.
- Larger selection of beverages: Rambler sparkling water, gatorade, coca cola, coconut water,topo chico
- Limited selection of caffeinated beverages (see more on this below)
Caffeinated Beverage Ad on: Woo boy do these bad boys eat up a budget. If you want energy drinks, canned coffee, or other caffeinated beverages let us know approx how many and we’ll include in our estimate.
Ice Ice Baby……………………………………………………$100-150/day
$100 gets you ice to start that day while $150 gets you ice to start the day and 64 lbs of backup ice. We know this line item gets spendy. That’s because picking up 100+lbs of ice in the wee hours (most convenience stores don’t open until 6AM) is a job in and of itself. If you would like to handle ice yourself, have at it! If you opt for us to bring ice for the day ($150) any ice runs required throughout the day will be the responsibility of production.
